COACHING

Coaching is about identifying and working on limiting thoughts, beliefs, and patterns. These are the ones that can stop you from asking for a raise in your job, from launching a new project you have been working on, applying for that position that seems almost too high, and overall all those “what if’s” that stop you from moving from one point to another one.

We get the chance to create and design our life every minute. It is a blessing that we do not get to live the same day every day, it is our choice to do what we do, even when it doesn’t seem so. But it is also true that sometimes we find ourselves stuck in some areas of our life, not because we are not being grateful for what we have, but just because we know we can do and be more, but don’t know exactly what and how to start working towards that.

You might have thought you were going crazy, or being too ungrateful, or even falling into depression, but believe me, you were only going through a phase where you needed a change in your life, but there was no place to get an accurate answer of what, how, and when. Not a friend, not a doctor, not a mentor, and it may sound obvious, but the answer is in each one of us.  As obvious as it may be, it requires a level of work, of listening to our intuition, assumptions, judgements and challenging our attitudes, beliefs and behaviors.

As a Coach my main objective is to inspire you to take advantage of your uniqueness, your strengths, your type of personality, your motivators, your personal and professional potential. To move you forward, no matter what happened in the past, honoring that the expert in your life is you, and that you have all that it takes to achieve your goals and objectives.

Coaching is about supporting others to achieve their goal and make sustainable changes. It’s about accepting that all the answers and all the awesome you have been looking for resides in you, and that you can take responsibility for your life, decisions and actions in any phase of life.

As I mentioned, Coaching is about forward movement, and it needs your courage, willingness, open mind and honesty to get you there, but there are no right or wrong reasons to get a coach, there is only the need for a change and the commitment to pursue it.

So, are you ready to start this journey?

Your task is not to seek love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.

This assessment will give you an accurate report on your behaviors and emotional intelligence, which, with application and coaching, can impact the way you respond to emotionally charged situations. In turn you will increase your performance and decision making.

Behavioral research suggests that the most effective people are those who understand themselves, both their strengths and weaknesses, so they can develop strategies to meet the demands of their life.
A person’s behavior is a necessary and integral part of who they are. In other words, much of our behavior comes from “nature” (inherent), and much comes from “nurture” (our upbringing). It is the universal language of “how we act,” or our observable human behavior.

– Are working to enhance your relationships
– Want to work on how you are being perceived by others
– Are looking to increase your effectiveness and performance
– Are an entrepreneur and wants to learn more about your team/employees and how to enhance their personality

OH-01The report provides insight to three distinct areas: behaviors, motivators and emotional intelligence. Understanding strengths and weaknesses in each of the three areas will lead to personal and professional development and a higher level of satisfaction.

– Want to have a holistic understanding of how you behave, why you act in a particular way and what your strengths and weaknesses are

EB-01

This assessment is about understanding what puts you into action. What is that energy boost you need to keep in mind in your professional and personal life in order to feel satisfied. You will feel positive when talking, listening or doing activities that are aligned with your top motivators.

Motivators help to initiate one’s behavior and are sometimes called the hidden motivators because they are not always readily observed. It is the purpose of this report to help illuminate and amplify some of those motivating factors and to build on the strengths that each person brings to a team or relationship.

This would be a great insight if you:
– Are feeling stuck in some area of your life
– Feel something is missing in your life but are not sure what and where
– Are not satisfied with your current job
– Are an entrepreneur and want to learn more about your team/employees and how to motivate/relate to them
– Want to learn about your motivators


*This type of assessment usually includes a trained, certified professional coach or consultant who will deliver the results and feedback to the respondent.
